Critical gotchas

Authentication uses the non-standard xi-api-key header, not Authorization: Bearer. Sending a Bearer token returns HTTP 401.

Text-to-speech responses are raw binary audio, not JSON. Write the body to a file (--output speech.mp3) rather than parsing it.

Parameters

Name In Type Required Description
agent_id path string Yes path parameter agent_id.
page_size query integer No How many agent conversation tickets to return. Can not exceed 100.
conversation_id query string No Filter tickets by conversation id.
status query string No Filter tickets by status.
sources query string[] No Filter tickets by how they were raised (qa, agent, manual). Repeat the parameter to filter by multiple sources.
owner_user_id query string No Filter tickets by creator. Use 'agent' for agent-raised tickets.
assignee_user_id query string No Filter tickets by assignee. Use 'unassigned' for tickets with no assignee.
issue_type query string No Filter clusters by issue type.
label query string No Filter tickets by an exact label.
cursor query string No Used for fetching next page. Cursor is returned in the response.
